Panda House Chinese Restaurant in Branson

the items that were fresh were good but it seemed like most of the buffet was not taken care of and a little old we went there around 7:30 at night.if we go back we will probably just go through the drive-thru and order something that is not on the buffet so we know it's cooked fresh. The staff was friendly and helpful.

My child ate 3 hard as hell chicken nuggets and an ice cream and they charged him as an adult. The food has very little flavor unless it was coated in sauce that was too sweet. Very little veggies and the service sucked.

Our last night in Branson we had a craving for Chinese food. Panda House was the closest to our rental. I was a bit skeptical because it is advertised as a buffet. I ordered Mongolian Beef. I asked for light on the onions but there must have been communication barrier because it seemed to have extra onion. Overall it was delicious. I was pleasantly surprised. I tried the Chicken Lo Mein and it was really good too. My daughter got sweet and sour chicken and it was so so but I am not a fan to begin with.

Not as good at it used to be when it comes to seats and such. Plus in comparison to the other location the owner owns in town it has very little of a selection but the crew is always amazing! Foods generally good with no complaints there though I do have that they quit carrying the green beans in sauce.

This place is no longer a buffet. They need to update there status and signs because it's false advertising

Great selection on the buffet. Plenty of seating. Good value. I am a local resident who drives past other "Oriental/Chinese" food restaurants to get to this one. Staff cleans constantly 👍. Drive though available but dining in is better.

Panda House is right about what most would expect from a Chinese buffet. Most of the food lacked flavor, though the egg rolls and crab rangoon was good. The service was friendly and the dining room was clean and decorated nicely.

I got a large to-go order a few weeks ago. They messed it up big time. Items were incorrect and they forgot to give me 3 orders of soup. The total was nearly $90 and the only receipt provided was the debit card receipt. There was no itemized receipt to show what I order or what I was charged for. By my calculations I was overcharged. I called them to get a refund as I shouldn't have to pay for food I didn't receive or incorrect orders. The gal on the phone very quickly said "can't help ya without a receipt." Well, maybe if y'all would provide an itemized receipt I could prove I was overcharged. Right now, all I can prove is I paid $86 for something. As far as to-go orders, I would not recommend. The food was good. I would probably have given them 5 stars had my order been correct or someone had made an attempt to correct this obvious oversight. This was my first and likely, my last experience with Panda House

We went and ate lunch there.Food was good, had good flavor and was hot and fresh, we did get there right after opening though. I felt that the quality of the food was better than other buffets in the area. But there wasn't as much selection though. But what was there was great. Service was good and no complaints.

Whenever you fiance and I want Chinese food we come here. This buffet isn't huge and the salad bar part is alright. The main course entrees are amazing. This place is the best Chinese place in Branson easily. It's not fancy on the inside either but the generals chicken is soooooo good

We called and asked when the lunch special ends. The lady on the phone said 4:30 we get there at 4:15 and they said no to the lunch special. So we compromised and ate anyways for the dinner and it was the WORST FOOD I've never had, chicken and thought of the smell of roadkill some of it was good but nothing was cleaned. My hands were sticky after getting a new fork the whole time we sat there and ate the waitress just stood there and glared at us. Apparently we are rationed to one napkin per person

Panda House is really good , especially for the price. I have not had the buffet , so I can't really speak on that , but the entrees I've had were delicious. The quality of the food is much better than most buffets I've eaten as well. I highly recommend the Sesame Chicken , and the General Chicken.

Panda house is good but I would still rather have HongKong Buffet.

Went to pay for meals...asked them if they gave local discount..lady cashier said yes.. she rung it up without local discount..we caught it and said..you forgot local discount..and she said try again next time. FOOD WAS LUKE WARM AND NOT GOOD AT All. Extremely rude cashier lady with short dark hair.

Panda House is where you go for amazing Chinese food! Me and my family have been going here for 5+ years, since we used to live in Branson. Everything is amazing, and they even have some ice cream and mozzarella cheese sticks! 😃

Buffet was kept full and warm. Always kept water full. Family friendly. I was able to charge my phone while there. Never ate Panda House before so I was skeptical, after hearing it was the best Oriental buffet cuisine in town, I couldn't agree more.

Very good food here, employees are nice,our server named Luis was very nice and funny. I would recommend this place for anyone who is stopping by branson mo best Chinese buffet I have had so far.

Clean place, decent selection. Most choices however were luke warm even though you could see the steam coming off of the line. All in all it's an ok place. A bit high priced for lunch though. 2 adults, 1 water, 1 pop, $23.00 without tip. If things would have been hot it would have made it better. We came here right around the lunch rush also.

Frankly speaking, the food is not the best for Chinese food buffet. However, environment is quite friendly. Place is quiet and you see all kinds of people coming and eating. Foods are coming in fast and I like the ice cream there.

Consistently good. I come here often and love the service and food. Springfield style cashew chicken, buffet, and great service. I only wish they had good icecream.

Great prices. Good food. Egg rolls were fantastic but Crab Rangoon didn’t have crab and the Generals Tsos and Cashew chicken almost tasted the exact same.
